Last year was an incredibly rewarding chapter for 4T Consultants, and it’s one we couldn’t have written without the trust, collaboration and support of our clients and partners. Every project, challenge and milestone achieved was made possible through these relationships, and for that, we are sincerely grateful.
One of the standout moments of the year was being named an ABA100® Winner for Business Sustainability in The Australian Business Awards, for the second year running. This national recognition reflects our team’s ongoing commitment to delivering innovative, responsible and reliable environmental solutions, while maintaining the highest standards of scientific integrity, safety and compliance. As a regional business, it is particularly meaningful to see this work recognised on a national stage and reinforces that impact is not defined by location, but by intent and execution.
A Growing Team, Stronger Together
2025 was also a year of growth for our team. We were pleased to welcome Vei, Morwen, Ankur, Elsie and Ben to 4T. Each brought new skills, fresh perspectives and a strong alignment with our values,
strengthen our ability to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes for clients across a diverse range of environments and industries
And with the arrival of a second Ben, the team has enthusiastically embraced the nicknames Ben M and Ben R (B1 and B2). It’s a small detail, but one that reflects the culture we value at 4T: professional, collaborative and genuinely people-focused.
Looking Ahead: 2026 and Beyond
As we look to 2026, there is a strong sense of momentum across the business. The coming year will see continued investment in our people, systems and technology, ensuring we remain at the forefront of environmental monitoring and management. We are focused on refining how we collect, manage and interpret data, expanding our capabilities in automation and analytics, and continuing to deliver solutions that are not only compliant, but genuinely useful for decision-making.
There are also exciting opportunities ahead to expand our services, strengthen partnerships and contribute meaningfully to conversations around sustainable development, environmental stewardship and responsible resource management. 2026 is shaping up to be a significant year for 4T, and we are energised by what lies ahead.
